About this space
You will have the entire shed house to yourself (although I live directly next door). Located in Waukon, IA but with a country feel and breathtaking views! Located 20 miles from Decorah, 15 miles from Lansing, 17 miles from Yellow River State Forest, 21 miles to Effigy Mounds National Monument, and close to public hunting and fishing land.
The space
You are renting a shed-house that is located right next to our home. We live on the property. You will have a private entrance and plenty of paved parking. The space has a full kitchen with everything you could want. Full bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower. One bedroom with a queen bed. Common space is a large open sport court area for the kids to run around (we use as a basketball court) with one sofa, a futon sofa, two single twin cots, and a queen Murphy bed.
